1. Kakka Erachi / Clams – 500 gm

2.Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

    Salt -as required

3. Bird Eye Chilli – 15

    Tomato-1

    Ginger – 1 Big Piece

    Garlic – 15

    Shallots-8

    Fennel seeds- 1tsp

4. Coconut Oil – As Required

    Curry Leaves
    Mustard seeds
    Green chilli- 1
    Onion- 3
    Carrot- 1/2 finely chopped
    Grated coconut- 1/2 cup

4.Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

    Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp

    Coriander Powder –1 tbsp

    Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

    Chicken Masala – 1 tsp

Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
